6 Week Powerlifting Split

4 day week split. Centred around 3 core lifts – Bench, Squat, Deadlift.

8 Week Developmental Strength – RPE

RPE based lifting program to get started on some fundamental movement patterns and build strength endurance.


4 day week split for beginners to gain strength.
